BNR From an Operator’s Perspective (AWBT)

This course is intended to help prepare operators for BNR operations in an activated sludge system. Topics covered include nitrification and denitrification, Bio-P removal versus Chemical-P removal, biological phosphorus and total nitrogen removal treatment plant designs, and options for enhancing BNR at existing treatment plants that were not originally designed for BNR.
