This package is designed to assist those looking to take the Pennsylvania Drinking Water Operators Certification Exam. The information can be helpful to all water professionals to obtain background knowledge on the techniques of treating and distributing drinking water. This could include management staff or board members, those re-entering the field, an operator looking to study for an additional subclass, or many others. The material is developed for the Pennsylvania exam, but much of the information is helpful for other states.

The lessons are adapted from the popular 12-Week Classroom Pre-Certification program offered by PA Rural Water Association. A paper copy of the “Student Guide,” which is provided in this as an Adobe Acrobat document (PDF) in the package, can be purchased as an add-on to the package. If purchased, it will be mailed to the address you provided during the registration process.
