Introduction to UV Disinfection for Wastewater Systems

The purpose of this course is to introduce wastewater operators to UV disinfection. This course covers disinfection basics, things to consider when choosing UV disinfection, pros and cons of UV, UV operational theory, UV system components, and basic installation, operation, and maintenance of a UV disinfection system. This course will benefit new operators as well as experienced operators who are new to UV disinfection.
